Detailer Signal is an Eleven Wildcards service. Drew Heimlich, sole proprietor, doing business as Eleven Wildcards, operates the service and controls information submitted through it.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service. An invited Detailer Signal customer may also submit private job notes, authorized photos, rights confirmations, approval or revision decisions, and service records.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Detailer Signal safeguards

Invited photos are stored privately and used only to provide the requested service, maintain an approval record, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not use customer material for general AI training, resale, a portfolio, or a case study without a separate express permission.

Never upload passwords, verification codes, access codes, contact lists, documents, screens, unapproved faces, minors, license plates, house numbers, or other sensitive details. Native platform manager permissions—not shared credentials—are used if publishing is later authorized.

Retention

Our operating target is to delete rejected sensitive files within seven days and raw uploads and working drafts no later than 30 days after delivery. Final local deliverables are deleted after the same 30-day export window. Agreements, billing records, rights attestations, approvals, and publication or takedown logs may be retained for the service term plus five years. Backups may roll off within 90 days, subject to legal holds and applicable law.

Service providers

We may use hosting, storage, email, payment, and AI-assisted drafting providers only as needed to run the service. Human review remains part of the drafting workflow. Access is limited to the operator and necessary providers.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
