Terms, briefly.

Seller identity: Drew Heimlich, sole proprietor, doing business as Eleven Wildcards. Detailer Signal is an Eleven Wildcards service, not a separate seller. Any direct Eleven Wildcards card charge will display its exact statement descriptor before payment.

Submitting an interest or compatibility request is free and does not create a purchase, reservation, professional-client relationship, or guarantee of acceptance.

Before payment

The exact scope, billing interval, renewal and cancellation controls, timing, refund treatment, and delivery method will be presented before any checkout is opened. Every recurring Eleven Wildcards plan can be canceled online at elevenwildcards.com/cancel without a call or live agent.

Detailer Signal pilot

The intended Core plan is $99 USD per month for eight social post drafts, two Google Business Profile update drafts, and four review-response drafts. The intended Full plan is $199 USD per month for 12 social post drafts, four Google Business Profile update drafts, two vertical short-video drafts made from authorized still photos, and four review-response drafts. The current page requests a sample; it is not an open checkout.

Before a paid pilot, the customer will receive a separate service order and an unchecked recurring-charge consent beside the exact amount, monthly cadence, renewal timing, cancellation method, refund treatment, and delivery scope. Checkout stays closed until the agreement, approval log, cancellation path, Stripe products and links, payment webhook, and sandbox tests are verified.

Customer material and approvals

The customer must be authorized to bind the business and must own or hold sufficient written commercial rights to each submitted item. Required releases and permissions must cover identifiable people, minors through a parent or guardian, vehicles, branding, and private property. Facts, prices, promotions, reviews, testimonials, claims, and relationship disclosures must be accurate and supportable.

The customer grants only the limited, nonexclusive permission needed to receive, process, and return the requested draft material. Portfolio, case-study, resale, publishing, and general AI-training rights are excluded unless separately granted. Launch service requests no account access; any later publishing service would require a separate authorization and native manager permissions. The customer must never provide passwords or verification codes.

Draft and platform controls

Launch deliverables remain drafts even after approval; the customer publishes or submits them from its own accounts. Identifiable people or property, before-and-after content, promotions, testimonials, comparisons, guarantees, and objective performance claims require specific approval. If publishing is offered later, it requires a separate authorization and Google or Meta native manager permissions. No ranking, follower, reach, lead, booking, or revenue outcome is promised.

Deliverable rights

After payment, Eleven Wildcards grants the customer the rights in the final deliverables that Eleven Wildcards can legally grant, subject to third-party material and platform rules. AI-assisted material receives human review and editing; no absolute copyright warranty is made for material that is not legally protectable.

Accuracy and judgment

Monitoring, extraction, research, and exception reports are practical administrative aids. Material dates, charges, source records, and business decisions must be checked by the customer. The service does not replace legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or other licensed advice.

Availability

A founding price or pilot capacity may close. Physical products do not open for sale until inventory, shipping, return terms, and a real sample are verified. A limited edition will not be increased after sale.
