FINITE COMMON is operated by Eleven Wildcards. Eleven Wildcards is the controller of information submitted through this page.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Activated-service data

The request page may process email and an optional collector note. An activated acquisition may process a private-code hash, order acceptance, Stripe payment reference, shipping address held by the payment and shipping workflow, delivery events, return or damage records, and provenance evidence.

The data is used only to control one-unit acquisition, collect payment and applicable tax, fulfill insured signature delivery, support a return or carrier claim, maintain the permanent acquired-state archive, and meet accounting obligations.

Offer-specific retention

Unsuccessful acquisition requests are targeted for deletion after 90 days. Minimal code, payment, tax, shipment, return, provenance, agreement, and acquired-state records may be retained for the applicable accounting or legal period, generally at least five years. A refunded or returned object remains off sale without retaining unnecessary profile data.

Hard privacy boundary

No payment before physical inspection, actual photography, packaging test, tax readiness, insured shipping quote, private code, inventory lock, and sandbox lifecycle proof. The object is decorative only.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
