FormRoundtrip is operated by Eleven Wildcards. Eleven Wildcards is the controller of information submitted through this page.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Activated-service data

An activated pilot may process site-owner authorization, the exact public form and destination, a noncommercial test tag, browser result, destination-arrival evidence, screenshots, and incident timestamps.

The data is used only to run one authorized test every six hours, verify the complete delivery path, and prepare pass/fail evidence and diagnostics.

Offer-specific retention

Transient test payloads and detailed screenshots are targeted for deletion within 30 days. Redacted availability evidence is kept up to 12 months. Authorization, agreement, billing, security, and material incident records may be retained for five years.

Hard privacy boundary

No CAPTCHA bypass, destructive or unowned form, real prospect data, credentials, regulated intake, or claim of success without destination evidence.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
