Referral Patch is operated by Eleven Wildcards. Eleven Wildcards is the controller of information submitted through this page.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Activated-service data

An activated membership may process business profile details, metro and categories, structured introduction requests, prospect consent, provider accept or decline, completion evidence, disputes, credits, and billing state.

The data is used only to verify membership, make consented introductions, moderate low-risk referrals, apply noncash completed-service credits, and prevent fraud or prohibited coordination.

Offer-specific retention

Ordinary prospect contact detail is targeted for deletion 90 days after the referral outcome. Minimal consent, referral, dispute, suppression, agreement, credit, and billing evidence may be retained for the membership term plus five years.

Hard privacy boundary

No recruitment reward, public forum or group chat, regulated referral category, payment routing, price coordination, bid allocation, customer allocation, wage coordination, or no-poach agreement.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
