SecondTouch Desk is operated by Eleven Wildcards. Eleven Wildcards is the controller of information submitted through this page.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Activated-service data

An activated pilot may process an eligible quote reference, recipient email, the recipient's exact follow-up consent, approved message snapshots, provider delivery events, replies, opt-outs, and the client's confirmed outcome.

The data is used only to send the approved day 1, 4, and 9 email sequence, stop it immediately when required, and report non-causal client-confirmed outcomes.

Offer-specific retention

Ordinary quote and message content is targeted for deletion 90 days after closure. Minimal hashed suppression, consent, complaint, security, agreement, and billing evidence is retained as long as needed to prevent prohibited resending and meet legal obligations.

Hard privacy boundary

No SMS, scraped or purchased contacts, tracking pixels, negotiation, discounts, sensitive regulated work, or contact without stored express follow-up consent.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
