Bookline

Privacy, plainly.

Bookline is operated by Eleven Wildcards. Eleven Wildcards is the controller of information submitted through this page.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Activated-service data

An activated pilot may process call metadata, the caller's DTMF consent record, a short transcript, callback details, service request, transfer result, appointment request, and delivery status. Audio is not recorded.

The data is used to answer the inbound call, create the requested handoff, send the business a summary, enforce the minute cap, and investigate a specific quality or security issue.

Offer-specific retention

QA transcripts are deleted after seven days. Structured lead records are targeted for deletion 90 days after the business closes the request. Minimal consent, security, agreement, billing, and suppression evidence may be retained for the service term plus five years or longer when legally required.

Hard privacy boundary

No outbound calls, card collection, emergency handling, regulated advice, health records, government-benefit, debt-collection, insurance, legal, or financial use at launch.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
