Seller and operator

Eleven Wildcards is a registered Virginia fictitious name used by Drew Heimlich, a sole proprietor based in Annandale, Virginia. Unless a checkout clearly identifies a different seller, Eleven Wildcards is the seller and operator. The direct-charge Stripe account is configured with ELEVENWILDCARDS; the controlled order page repeats that expected descriptor, and a customer's bank may abbreviate the final display.

Experimental status

A concept page, preview catalog, sample request, waitlist, or founding-access form is not proof that an offer is generally available. No payment is due unless an enabled checkout states the complete price and terms. Results, rankings, bookings, savings, revenue, and availability are not guaranteed.

AI and automation

AI may assist with research, drafting, classification, monitoring, customer routing, or voice interactions. Material outputs are subject to the review and verification rules stated for the offer. An AI receptionist identifies itself as AI. Calls are not recorded without the disclosure and consent required for the people and jurisdictions involved.

Affiliate links and sponsorships

A commissionable recommendation states, near the link, “If you buy through this link, Eleven Wildcards may earn a commission.” Paid editorial placement states “Sponsored by [brand]” or “[Brand] paid Eleven Wildcards for this placement.” An owned product states that Eleven Wildcards owns and operates the project. A free review product is disclosed as such. Compensation does not guarantee a positive review or inclusion in a best-of list.

Scarcity and physical products

Scarcity claims describe a real production or edition limit. A sold one-of-one object is removed from sale and is not reproduced as the same object. Product previews remain unavailable until the relevant supplier, sample, landed-cost, fulfillment, return, safety, labeling, and documentation gates are complete.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Recurring offers show the amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and material restrictions immediately before separate unchecked consents and an action-specific purchase button. The same terms and a direct cancellation route appear in a retainable acknowledgment. Cancel online at elevenwildcards.com/cancel without a call or live agent. A free pilot never silently converts into a paid plan.
