LineItem Watch is operated by Eleven Wildcards. Eleven Wildcards is the controller of information submitted through this page.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Activated-service data

An activated pilot may process supplier invoices, normalized line items, customer-approved comparison rules, cited exceptions, and verification decisions.

The data is used only to prepare deterministic administrative exception reports; it is not used to pay invoices, change a ledger, or provide tax or accounting advice.

Offer-specific retention

Source invoices are targeted for deletion within 30 days after the report. Extracted working data and reports are targeted for deletion 90 days after delivery. Minimal agreement, billing, security, and customer-verification evidence may be retained for the service term plus five years.

Hard privacy boundary

No public-form invoice upload, bank or card data, tax returns, identity documents, automatic payment, or unsupported accounting conclusion.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
