Privacy, plainly.
Effective August 31, 2026. Eleven Wildcards is a registered Virginia fictitious name used by Drew Heimlich, sole proprietor. This notice covers the umbrella website and any Eleven Wildcards experiment that links here.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit, such as an email address, name or company, message, request context, and consent choice. Our systems may also receive basic request information such as referring page, device or browser details, IP-derived security signals, and timestamps. A payment processor receives payment details when a checkout is used; Eleven Wildcards does not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use information to answer a specific request, assess fit, deliver a requested service or product, support an order, prevent abuse, secure the website, maintain business records, and measure whether an experiment is useful. We do not use a public interest form to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and commercial use
Hosting, email, storage, analytics, automation, fulfillment, and payment providers may process information only to perform their contracted role. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Affiliate and paid relationships are labeled where they appear.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service delivery, security, dispute prevention, and legal or accounting records, then deleted or deidentified when practical. No system is perfectly secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive material through a public form.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from non-transactional messages at any time. You may also request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, contracts, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
Browser privacy signals and tracking
We do not currently use this umbrella website for cross-site behavioral advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information for that purpose. Because there is no such tracking to opt out of, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not currently change the site’s behavior. Hosting and security providers may still process ordinary technical logs to deliver and protect the site.
Children and changes
The website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a new effective date.
