Terms, briefly.

Effective August 31, 2026. This website is operated by Drew Heimlich, a sole proprietor doing business under the registered Virginia fictitious name Eleven Wildcards. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Umbrella site and experimental status

This page describes an operating studio; it is not itself a checkout. A concept, preview, waitlist, or founding-access page may still be in validation. Submitting a request does not create a purchase, reservation, exclusivity right, professional-client relationship, or guarantee of acceptance.

Offer-specific terms

Before payment, an offer will identify the seller, scope, total price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation controls, refund or return treatment, delivery or fulfillment timing, and payment processor. Those offer-specific terms control if they conflict with this umbrella page. A recurring offer requires separate unchecked service-order, recurring-charge, and electronic-record consents; Stripe also requires its terms checkbox. The completion page provides a retainable acknowledgment, and a connected sender must also deliver it before live activation. Cancel online through elevenwildcards.com/cancel without a call or live agent. A free pilot does not convert to paid service unless a separate offer obtains affirmative consent.

Research, automation, and professional judgment

AI and automation may assist with research, drafting, monitoring, classification, and routing. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked before a material decision. Administrative reports and information products do not replace legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical, financial, or other licensed advice.

Physical products and availability

A preview product is not for sale until its checkout is enabled. Supplier, fulfillment, shipping, return, and warranty roles are identified before purchase. Founding capacity may close. A truthful stated edition size will not be increased after sale, and a one-of-one item will not be restocked as the same object.

Intellectual property

The site’s original text, graphics, names, and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, scrape for republication, impersonate, or sell them without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website or any service for unlawful outreach, deception, harassment, privacy invasion, credential collection, unsolicited automated calling, or infringement. Access may be limited when necessary to protect people, systems, or legal obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The umbrella website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every concept will launch or produce a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, Eleven Wildcards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this informational site. Offer-specific liability terms and non-waivable consumer rights still apply.

Governing law and changes

Virginia law governs these terms, without overriding consumer protections that must apply where you live. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
