VendorCutoff is operated by Eleven Wildcards. Eleven Wildcards is the controller of information submitted through this page.

We collect only what you submit: email, optional name or company, optional request context, consent, and basic request metadata used to operate and protect this service.

Use

The information is used to answer the specific request, determine whether the offer is a fit, deliver requested samples or service, prevent abuse, and measure whether this offer is useful.

Boundaries

We do not sell personal information or add a requester to unrelated marketing. Sensitive documents, invoices, contracts, or credentials should never be sent through the public interest form.

Activated-service data

An activated pilot may process a vendor agreement, extracted candidate dates, the customer's confirmation, reminder schedule, delivery events, and selected administrative action.

The data is used only to prepare customer-confirmed reminders and a calendar record, without legal interpretation or sending a cancellation to the vendor.

Offer-specific retention

Source agreements are targeted for deletion within 30 days after date confirmation. Confirmed dates and reminder evidence are kept while active and targeted for deletion 90 days after service ends. Minimal agreement, billing, security, and confirmation evidence may be retained for five years.

Hard privacy boundary

No public-form contract upload, privileged legal material, unconfirmed active date, legal advice, or vendor notice sent by Eleven Wildcards.

Requests

Reply to any message with “unsubscribe” to stop future contact about the request, or “delete” to request deletion where applicable.
